As some interesting parts are no longer available

went on a quest for a solution and came up with This,

These parts we gonna start moulding

First we make a box filled with wax

Lego is very interesting to make some boxes

We place the part on the wax bed

The sticks are for filling the mould later or for letting the air out

be aware that the sticks are big enough , the bigger , the better the air comes out

Then we use some legoparts to make some lock's so the mould wont't move and will stay steady

Then We build up the box so we get aprox  1.5 cm above the part

then we fill our prepared box  with a silicone named neukasil  it needs a 5 %  activation

Wich gives us this result

Afther at least six hours dry you can turn the mould and remove the wax from the bottom of your mould

You should be left with something like in the folowing picture

Be shure to remove the locks , leave the original part in his silicone body , spray some release wax on it and fill it again with Neukasil , see above

Afther another six hours your mould is finished

Now we gonna make some copies

Be shure the mould is clean and all air and filling holes are free

we gonna use the product Neukadur

It's a 1 / 1 product you can colour by adding 5 percent pigment

any non waterbased pigment will do , as I am in to carspraying I use pigments from dupont

now Fill your mould with your mixed component

In normal themperature , at least 18 degrees celcious

you will be able to open your mould in aprox an hour

It comes out of the mould like this

You'll need to finish with a very sharp hobby knife and some fine grindingpaper starting with P400 and finishing P1000

When carefully degreased and cleaned you can paint your mould any colour you like

Good luck :D
