How to make chinese hat's

You take a round hat and put it on a head

now we gonna remove the top of the head

So we left over with this

Then we take something that we know that will hold on plastic , like milliput, two compound glues etc , I use Gaepol

Next we mix our produkt and put it on the head

When it's hardened , we gonna grind by using a screwing machine or a small hand drill and some grinding paper

We keep grinding till we have the pointed shape

Then we finish with some grinding paper in the hand

Starting with P80  -> P150 -> P220 -> P400 -> P1000

grindpaper must be close to the numbers above

this would be the end result

and on a clickie ;)

only thing left to do is paint
